The BEST Crispy, Baked Tofu Recipe

Are you tired of soggy, squishy tofu?? because we definitely were. Our delicious baked tofu recipe will make sure you never have to deal with gross tofu again. Tofu often gets a bad reputation, but it doesn't have to be this way.


A few secret tips we used to get that yummy, crispy texture: cornstarch & the oven. There are many different ways you can cook tofu due to its versatile nature. After much experimentation, we decided that the oven is the way to go. Sprinkling some cornstarch over your chopped up tofu will also aid in making the texture crispier.(Another pro tip, we stored our leftovers in a reusable container, and reheated it in an air-fryer to preserve that crispiness).


What is Tofu?
